How secure is my data?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We enforce strict role-based access, and auditable access logs. Least-privilege by default.
Who can see my data?
Only you and the teammates you invite. If you share read-only views with other users (e.g. your shareholders), you can revoke access at any time.
What access will you have to my accounting system?
If you connect us to your accounting system you will login yourself (we never see or store your password). You’ll grant us read-only access, and we pull the minimum needed to compute valuations, scorecards and MI. We don’t ingest payroll or other sensitive personal data.
Do you comply with UK/EU data protection laws?
Yes. We operate to GDPR principles (data minimisation, purpose limitation, access controls). We’re a data processor; you remain the data controller. A Data Processing Addendum is available on request.
Can I close my account and delete my data?
Yes. You can close your account and request deletion at any time.
How accurate is the automated valuation?
It’s an indicative, model-based view built for trend-tracking. We show driver deltas so you can see what changed and why. It’s not a formal fairness opinion.
How often do you refresh my data and scorecards?
Daily. Your valuation, scorecards and MI refresh overnight from your accounting data.
Can I add more users in my organisation?
Yes. Add as many users as you like via your admin panel.
